We are looking for someone who wants to take full responsibility for an important meal service in a municipality in Jämtland County. Here you will lead, develop, and ensure quality in an operation that makes a difference every day.

• Lead, motivate, and support employees within the meal service
• Be responsible for operations, quality, finance, and work environment
• Ensure that meals comply with applicable guidelines and maintain high standards
• Drive work on sustainability, food waste, and continuous improvements
• Collaborate with schools, preschools, and other municipal operations

✅ We are looking for someone who

Must-have requirements

• Has documented managerial experience with responsibility for operations, personnel, and finances
• Has knowledge and experience in personnel issues and systematic work environment management
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

Meritorious

• Experience in meal service

Personal qualities

• Has a secure, clear, and responsible leadership style
• Is attentive, collaborative, and professional in your interactions
• Has a good ability to build trust and handle situations that require judgment

📍 Scope

Full-time, weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00. The assignment is performed on-site at the municipality's units in Jämtland County. Travel within the municipality may occur.

📅 Assignment period

From January 19, 2026, to October 1, 2026. Possibility of extension may exist.
